Event Ticket Policy

Ticket Purchase and Price: Tickets for WESeoulYou events can be purchased exclusively through our official Events page. Prices are as listed and include all applicable taxes and fees. Payment must be made online via the payment methods provided. A limited number of Early Bird tickets are available at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 18 years or older. A valid photographic ID is required for entry.

Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time of the event. Each ticket grants entry to one person only.

Electronic Ticketing and QR Code Scanning: All tickets for WESeoulYou events are issued electronically with a unique QR code. Tickets must be presented on a mobile device or as a printed copy for scanning at the event entrance. Ensure your ticket's QR code is clearly visible for scanning.

Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available except in the case of event cancellation, rescheduling, or under special exceptions as determined by the event organizers. Refund requests under special exceptions must be submitted via our official email at (team@weseoulyou.com). Please note that a processing fee of 10% of the ticket price will be deducted from any refunds issued. The refund is made by WESeoulYou no later than 48 hours after the end of the respective event. The time it takes for the amount to be refunded to the account depends on the respective payment provider or payment method.

Transfer Policy: Tickets are not transferable. However, requests for ticket transfers can be made through our official email at (team@weseoulyou.com). Transfer approval is at the discretion of the event organizers.

Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Keep your tickets safe and treat them like cash!

Conduct at Event: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Prohibited Items: Items such as weapons, illegal substances, beverages and large bags are strictly prohibited. The event organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks.

Photography and Recording: Personal photography and recording may be allowed, but professional equipment and flash photography are prohibited unless authorized by the event organizers.

Changes to the Event: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the time, date, venue, or content of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Use of Media for Promotional Purposes (GDPR Compliant) - Consent by Event Attendance: By attending a WESeoulYou event, you provide your explicit consent for WESeoulYou to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media that may include your image or likeness, taken during the event, for promotional purposes. This consent is in line with EU data protection laws, particularly the GDPR. We assure you that such media will be used solely for promotional purposes and will be managed in accordance with GDPR regulations to uphold your privacy and data rights. General Term and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all business relationships between WESeoulYou and customers who purchase tickets for WESeoulYou events, other services, and products on the website https://weseoulyou.com (hereinafter referred to as "User").
https://weseoulyou.com (hereinafter "Offer") is a product of WESeoulYou (hereinafter "Provider"), registered to Jae Park (Kirchengasse 5, 1070 Vienna, Austria).

The version of the GTC valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract is decisive. These are available to the customer at any time for inspection on the homepage https://weseoulyou.com. Deviating, opposing or supplementary GTC will not become part of the contract, even if known, unless their validity is expressly and in writing agreed to before or at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

I. The Offer
Our website offers users the opportunity to purchase tickets for various events by WESeoulYou.
The website is made accessible via the domain https://weseoulyou.com for various (also mobile) operating systems. We use a secure payment system that enables a protected transaction. Please note that the user is responsible for all associated costs and the necessary technical equipment to purchase the tickets and participate in the events.
The purchased tickets entitle the user to access and participate in the selected events. It is expressly required that the user presents a valid ticket when entering the event. Access can be denied without the presentation of a valid ticket.
 

II. Conclusion of Contract
Contracts are concluded as follows:
a. Users can register for an event via the homepage https://weseoulyou.com. The availability and details of the event are expressly stated on the homepage.
b. The fee for an event is to be paid when purchasing a ticket for an event. Payment is made online at https://weseoulyou.com using Wix Payments (Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe).
c. Users receive written confirmation from the provider by email along with a ticket to the event and an invoice for the fee (WESeoulYou).
The tickets are considered an offer from the provider to the user to conclude a contract that provides the user with access to the respective event of WESeoulYou. The user accepts the offer by successfully making the payment (through Wix Payments). This results in an effective contract. The terms and conditions of Wix Payments apply.
 

III. Online Payment
Payment is made via Wix Payments with the following payment methods: debit/credit card payments from all major brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. Depending on the location, the following payment methods are also available: Apple Pay, Tap to Pay on iPhone, Tap to Pay on Android, Google Pay, iDEAL, Pay Now by Klarna, Pix, and Boleto. In the event of default or failure, all costs associated with the collection of claims, such as reminder fees and the costs of judicial and/or extrajudicial legal representation, are borne by the user. If an event does not take place, all payments made by the payer will be refunded. All data obtained from the user will be treated strictly confidentially. Inquiries about online payment will be processed as quickly as possible. The user is obliged to read or take note of notifications from WESeoulYou.

IV. Registration for the Events
a. Information at Registration
The participant undertakes to truthfully provide his data requested at registration and in particular not to use any third-party data.
b. Handling of Access Data
With the registration, the participant commits to use the access data of the event exclusively for his own entry to the event. A transfer or disclosure of this access data to third parties is expressly not permitted. If the participant suspects misuse of his access data, he must immediately inform the provider. The provider reserves the right to block access data, especially in the case of incorrect contact data or unauthorised disclosure, temporarily or permanently from events and/or to terminate the contract with the participant without notice.
 

V. Right of Withdrawal, Refunds and Cancellations

VI. Disclaimer
The provider assumes no liability for the timeliness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the provider, which refer to damages of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless the provider can be proven to have acted intentionally or grossly negligently. The provider expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.
 

VII. Copyright and Other Protective Rights
The provider reserves all rights to the contents of WESeoulYou. This also applies to parts of all contents of the website https://weseoulyou.com (texts, images, graphics, sound, animation and video files as well as all other contents and data provided by WESeoulYou in social media). These contents may not be duplicated or made accessible to third parties without permission.
The provider reserves the protective rights of WESeoulYou, in particular utility models or the protective rights corresponding to the objects of these protective rights or registrations in other countries. It is prohibited to infringe the copyrights of WESeoulYou, to attack the protective rights of WESeoulYou either directly or indirectly, oneself or through third parties, or to register or have registered worldwide protective rights such as trademarks, utility models or patents, or to assert them, which infringe the protective rights of WESeoulYou or are identical or confusingly similar or equivalent to them in whole or in part.
