8. Payment processing
a) PayPal
We use the external payment service provider PayPal, through whose platforms the users and we can make payment transactions (PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/privacy/privacyhub?locale.x=de_AT).
The data processed by PayPal includes inventory data such as name and address, bank data (account numbers or credit card numbers, passwords, TANs and checksums) as well as contract, sum and recipient-related information. These details are necessary to carry out the transactions. However, the data entered is only processed and stored by PayPal. This means that we do not receive any account or credit card-related information, but only information about the confirmation or negative information about the payment. Under certain circumstances, the data may be transmitted by PayPal to credit agencies. This transmission aims at the identity and credit check. For this, we refer to the terms and conditions and privacy notices of the payment service provider PayPal.
b) Google Pay
We offer you the possibility to pay via Google Pay. The payment processing is carried out by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. d) Stripe

9. Online presence in social media
We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services. When calling up the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply.
Unless otherwise stated in our data protection declaration, we process the data of users if they communicate with us within the social networks and platforms, e.g., write posts on our online presences or send us messages.
10. Social media plugins
Plugins from social media are used on our pages. You can usually recognize the plugins by the respective social media logos.
Only when you activate the respective plugin by clicking on the corresponding button is a direct connection to the provider's server established (consent). As soon as you activate the plugin, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you are logged into your respective social media account (e.g., Facebook) at the same time, the respective provider can assign the visit to our pages to your user account. This information may be used to provide us, as the operator of the social media pages, with statistical and in any case anonymized information about the use of our social media offer.
