We appreciate your interest in our events. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Whenever a website is accessed, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval.

2. Personal data

Personal data includes your name, your address, and your email address. You do not have to disclose any personal data to visit our website. In some cases, however, we need your name and address as well as other information to be able to offer you the desired service.

The same applies in case we supply you with informational material upon request or if we answer your inquiries. In these cases, we will always point this out. We also only store the data that you have automatically or voluntarily sent to us.

When you use one of our services, we usually only collect the data necessary to provide you with our service. We may ask you for more information, but it is of a voluntary nature. Whenever we process personal data, we do so to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial goals.

3. Automatically stored data

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- Date and time of the request

- Name of the requested file

- Page from which the file was requested

- Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

- Used web browser and used operating system

- Full IP address of the requesting computer

- Transferred data volume

This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing of the data is done to enable the use of the website (connection setup), to ensure system security, and to support the technical administration of the network infrastructure as well as the optimization of the internet offer. The evaluation and use of this data and in particular the IP addresses serve the purpose of guaranteeing the correctness of the access authorization.

4. Rights of the data subjects

As a data subject, you have various rights under the GDPR, which arise in particular from Art. 15 to 21 GDPR:

If the personal data concerning you are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising.

Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right to information: You have the right to request confirmation as to whether the data in question is being processed and to be informed about this data and to receive further information and a copy of the data in accordance with the legal requirements.

You can also visit our website without accepting cookies. If you do not want your computer to be recognized the next time you visit, you can also refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to "reject cookies". The respective procedure can be found in the operating instructions of your respective browser. If you reject the use of cookies, however, there may be restrictions in the use of some areas of our website.
